Scan SMART Health Links directly from a device camera or from uploaded images. Works on phones, tablets, and desktops with no app install required.
Route extracted health data to Google Drive, REST APIs, FHIR servers, email, or local file downloads. Configure one or many destinations per organization.
Separate admin and staff passwords keep settings secure. Admins configure destinations and policies; front-desk staff scan and route records without touching settings.
Built on open standards. Works with any FHIR-enabled health system, any SMART Health Link issuer, and any downstream destination that accepts structured data.
How Kill the Clipboard Uses Your Data
When you connect your Google or Microsoft account, Kill the Clipboard requests only the minimum permissions needed to deliver scanned health records to your organization:
- Google Drive: Creates files and folders in your designated Drive folder to store scanned records.
- Gmail (Send Only): Sends scanned health records from your connected Gmail account to your designated recipient. We never read, modify, or delete your emails.
- Microsoft OneDrive: Creates files and folders in your OneDrive to store scanned records.
- Microsoft Outlook (Send Only): Sends scanned health records from your connected Outlook account. We never read, modify, or delete your emails.
Health record data is processed in memory and routed directly to your configured destination — it is not stored on our servers. Each organization's data and credentials are fully isolated.
