These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kill the Clipboard ("the Service"), a web-based tool for scanning SMART Health Link QR codes and routing health data to configured destinations.
By registering an organization or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Drive, Gmail, OneDrive, Outlook, Box). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective terms of service of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
The Service is designed to support HIPAA-compliant workflows. However:
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your organization's configuration data and revoke any stored OAuth tokens.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
